Features

  • Drive Mechanism: Linear motor drive ensures extremely high movement speed, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring a high Ra value for a smoother workpiece surface. As a non-contact operation technology, linear motors eliminate mechanical friction, significantly reducing energy consumption.
  • Longitudinal Worktable: The worktable area is 200 x 300 (mm). Utilizing a linear slide design, it provides stable support for unidirectional movement. The sliding surface incorporates low-friction, wear-resistant Turcite-B (wear-resistant material) and undergoes precise scraping treatment, ensuring smooth and effortless movement of the worktable.
  • Intelligent Electrical Control System: Positioning control ensures that the contouring and dressing sanding process follows preset parameters. By recording key data, the system allows for subsequent optimization of the contouring and dressing sanding process, further enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
  • Compact Design: Suitable for various automotive templates, it can also handle relatively smaller workpieces. Due to its compact size and minimal footprint, it is an ideal choice for efficient operation within limited workspace. Additionally, its power consumption is typically lower, contributing to energy savings.
